Did you try searching/scrolling for the data point?
Make sure the Monday Item being used to configure the Zap has a value for the email field.
Then you can also try searching for that value.

Yes we have an Email field that is populated and it is not showing up in the drop down menu. And there isn’t a way to add it on Zapier.
Did you try changing the Zap trigger data example that’s used to configure the Zap?
