Missing attendee and location fields for Outlook Calendar when creating an event.

I created a zap to Outlook Calendar, but there is no location field to map to. Why is it missing? Also, Attendee field is not available either.

You’re right that the Create Event action for Microsoft Outlook doesn’t have a location or attendee field. In both cases we do have a feature request for to add them into the action and I’ve added you as an interested user for both, which means that we’ll send you an email if/when they are added. 

I’m sorry that I don’t have better news on this. If you would like to follow along in the Community, there’s a post where we’re tracking requests to add location, we’ll update the best answer on that post if the attendee field is added to the Create Event action:

 

And we’ll update this thread if there’s news about the location field.

I’m happy to announce that it’s now possible to both specify a location and add attendees when creating an event:

To take advantage of this new field you’ll need to ensure you’re running the latest version of the Microsoft Outlook app in your Zaps. See: Update to the latest app version in Zaps guide for more details.
