Hello everyone,

I’m currently trying to set up an automation flow in Zapier that integrates Meta campaign data into my CRM using the ADF (Automated Data Feed) format. However, I’m encountering some issues when testing the output, and I need some assistance.

Here’s what I’m trying to accomplish:

  1. I want to pull lead data from Meta Ads campaigns.
  2. Then, I format the data using Zapier's Formatter tool to match the ADF XML format.
  3. The final output is intended to be sent via email to my CRM.

Explain more about what issues you are having and post screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode along with any encountered errors.

 

You may have an extra space before the word Meta.

I think it's some trivial formatting error.  
Or should I send it directly as formatted xml via email skipping the formatter by zapier step?

From the screenshots, it’s unclear which Formatter action you are trying to use.

You may not need the Formatter step.

Try using the XML structure direction in your desired action step.
