Memberpress error: Unable to pull members, Error code: 'params'

Hi there! 

I am creating a zap from MemberPress to mailerlite, but can’t seem to move beyond the Memberpress test to collect the members (which I have waiting to be collected). This is what I am seeing:

Unable to pull members

Please reload the page. If the issue persists, troubleshoot error or contact Support.

Error code: 'params'

 

Any help on this would be amazing. Thank you!

Check and possibly remove/reconnect your MemberPress app connection here: https://zapier.com/app/connections

Thanks so much for the response Troy!

Yeah, I totally did the whole disconnect and reconnnect thing. (like turning the computer on and off lol). 

I’ll go through that article. I also have a support ticket in with MemberPress in hopes that maybe someone else has had this issue.

I took a closer look at the error you're facing, but it appears to be quite unique as I couldn't find any similar cases.

However, reaching out to our Support Team is a fantastic step to take. It's possible that you've stumbled upon a bug in MemberPress, and our Support Team is well-equipped to investigate further by delving into the logs and pinpointing the root cause of the problem.

@Rebel_zg I know it’s been a while, but did you ever resolve this issue? It’s happening to me now too, despite being able to access it no problem a few days ago. Different error code, but same result.

Hi ​@Todd Harper,

I did some digging into this, and it seems like The MemberPress team has stated that users must update the Developer Tools add-on in their MemberPress site.

Hopefully, this helps.
