MemberPress error : Cannot read property ‘membership’ of undefined

Hello Guys,


Have anyone encountered issues with MemberPress x Zapier integration. The apps are connect correctly as per the tests:
 


However, we keep receiving the same error:

Cannot read property 'membership' of undefined

If you could please advise us on a solution.

Hey @Subverto! I wanted to check in here regarding the error you’re running into. After some digging, it looks like you might be running into a bug but I can’t say for sure without pulling up logs related to your account. The best thing to do here would be to submit a ticket to support to investigate. That can confirm/deny this hypothesis and offer some next steps to get you pointed in the right direction!

Hello Troy,

Yes we did.

The test is successful following your link.
Though, when you try to create the following automation using the following link, the test shows the error we described.

Add a free membership after a paid one is completed

Zapier certainly does not make it easy to raise a ticket.
