I am new to Zapier. I am creating a subscription form for my website using MailMunch. The form has to integrate with our CRM, EveryAction, through Zapier. I am trying to map the fields from my "Top Bar" form. It maps to email easily. But for first and last name, I don't see the option in Zapier.

Hi @Christie G

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing:

  • how your Zap steps are outlined in order
  • the DATA OUT from Zap step 1 in the TEST tab for a selected example

Ah of course. Thank you Troy.

@Christie G

Screenshots show what appears to be default dummy data.

Make sure to test your MailMunch form with real data, then test Zap step 1 again to pull thru real examples to use to configure your Zap action.

Thanks. I’ll do that. But I know I need to map the first and last name fields first. One tip I found said to use “submit data to online actions.” That what you see in the screenshot. But it still isn’t showing a field to match.

@Christie G

Make sure to review this help link that lists the steps to take to test a Zap trigger.

After you configured the Zap action step, have you submitted the actual MailMunch form using real data?

Zap trigger type is instant via a webhook, so you need to test the MailMunch form so MailMunch sends the form submission data to the Zap webhook trigger step.

Once you test the MailMunch form, go to the Zap trigger step TEST tab, then click the button [Find New Records], which should pull thru your MailMunch form submission as an example to select to configure the Zap action steps.
