Even on the paid plan for Zapier there is a limit of 10 emails per hours for Email by Zapier step(see the limits here). You might be sending more than that that’s why you are being throttled. To keep this running, you can either keep it to run within those limits or using a different email app for sending the emails.

The mails are throttled for more than 24 hours in a paid plan. The cue doesn’t go on automatically. 

How can we fix this?
