I have set up a zap from MemberPress to MailerLite. It keeps failing at the MailerLite step.

I have tried deleting the MailerLite connection and reconnecting. I keep getting an error

This MailerLite setp hit an error. MailerLite API returned an error: Forbidden.

I dont have many fields to map,

  • Join Group
  • Email
  • Resubscribe Yes
  • FirstName
  • LastName
  • MemberPress CustomField

When I do a test, using my own details, it goes through fine. But for some records it wont go through. I’ve checked to see if these people have unsubscribed and they dont exist in mailerlite.

Hi @creativedesk

For us to have more info, post these screenshots:

  • how your MailerLite Zap step is configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings
  • the encountered error

To troubleshoot, check the Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step: https://zapier.com/app/history/

Reference the LOGS tab to see the underlying API request/response that may provide more details about the error.

@Troy Tessalone Thanks for your reply, I recorded a video demonstrating the error
Is this enough info?

@creativedesk

Try reconnecting your MailerLite app account to Zapier here: https://zapier.com/app/connections

@Troy Tessalone  thanks for your help. At least its not me setting up incorrectly - looks like an API issue with mailerlite. I’ll see what they say.

Hi @creativedesk,

Please keep us in the loop for this one. So we can use it as a reference for the same issue. Thank you.
