I’m trying to create a “Qualified Leads” Audience in Google Ads, by linking an existing Mailchimp Audience we call “VIPs”

And for whatever reach, I never see the data show in the Google Ads Audience.  The ZAP seems to be set-up correctly, meaning the data is pulling from MailChimp and I’m able to match the required data fields.

The list source for mailchimp is manually uploaded via csv.

Mailchimp > Event = 1. New or Updated Subscriber, the Zap recognizes my audiences names, and VIPs is selected.

Google Ads > Customer List “Qualified Leads” is recognized and selected as the customer list.

I’m using customer identifier, FName, LName, Country Code, Zipcode and Street Address - all fields populate as expected.

consent is marked as Granted.

Hi @FX4NWOO

Help us have more info by posting screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode so we can see the field types and field mappings.

Check your Zap Runs history details for activity: https://zapier.com/app/history/

Hi there @FX4NWOO! 👋

It’s been a while since you posted here, were you able to get the leads appearing in Google Ads Audience? If you did, it’d be great if you could share what the solution was so that others in the Community here can benefit from your experience. 🙏

If not and you’re still stuck we’d be happy to help further. Just send over some screenshots as Troy mentioned and we’ll go from there! Make sure to blur or remove all personal information (names, emails, addresses etc.) from screenshots before sharing - you can use a tool like Zappy for that.

Thanks, looking forward to your reply! 🙂
