Trying to build a zap that returns all records in a Google Sheet that given a particular column returns all the records that are empty on that column, the current structure looks like this, BUT if fails on the test, any ideas how to resolve this? Thank you!

I tested and it worked for me.
Help us have more info by posting screenshots showing how your Zap step is configured in the CONFIGURE tab.
Can you post screenshots showing the related GSheet Worksheet you are trying to use in the lookup? (make sure to include the top row)
Make sure you are using the updated version of the GSheet Zap app and action.
Make sure there are no leading/trailing whitespace surrounding the lookup value.
