hi,

 

I used Gmail connect to create my Zapier account, blunder from my side..

How to log into helpdesk its asking for credentials

https://zapier.okta.com/login/login.htm

Getting help from Zapier is like praying to god and waiting for miracle to happen.

I can see our Support team has been in touch with you recently to discuss your Zap setup, but I wanted to address the concern with logging to see your Support tickets. You did nothing wrong in using Google to sign in to your Zapier account!

Replies to tickets are only sent by email, so there's no need to log in to see them! It seems you ended up reaching a URL that's meant for our Support team's use. You can disregard that and continue working with our team through the email thread that's already started.

Let us know if you're having trouble receiving emails from Zapier. I can see a recent reply from you that our team will address shortly, so hopefully this clarifies the case. 😊
