Hi. I was testing the setup of SSO for our account, and during the testing it appears to have turned on SSO for EVERYONE. I can now not log into our PAID account with support in order to open a support ticket to get help.

 

I’m in a loop since SSO isn’t working, and I can no longer log in with email address.

 

How can I get this resolved?

 

How can I get support without being able to log in to get support?
