Loading more messages on my chatbot I got an error 500

Hello team,

 

I am experiencing an issue with loading old messages in my chatbot. I have around 3,000 messages on my chatbot under an advanced plan. When I click the icon to load more messages, the process starts but ultimately fails, resulting in an Error 500 as shown in the image below.

Please help me resolve this.

If you're seeing an "Internal Server Error" (500) message, this can happen from time to time when a server is under heavy load or if the data being passed is too large. Generally, this issue is temporary, and things should be back to normal soon.
