Hello.

Reaching out to the community as there is not clear information as to whether Zapier supports a company’s LinkedIn Showcase Page forms or not.

In addition to our company page, we have set up a showcase page for two specialized departments within our company. Each showcase page has it’s own form to contact a member within the department.

The goal is to send the form data from each showcase page to our CRM (Bigin). When trying to set up the Zap, Zapier finds the primary company form but doesn’t find any of the showcase forms we set up for each department.

I found a thread from over two years ago where Zapier stated this was a bug. Has this bug been resolved and if so, why am I not being presented the showcase forms and only the “parent-level” company form in the Zapier configuration?

If this is not resolved, has anyone been successful finding a workaround solution? Grateful for any feedback, ideas, or suggestions.

Here a link to the thread I found. It’s over two years old:

Hi @Catalyst BC,

Welcome to the Community.

Zapier does not currently support LinkedIn Showcase Page forms. As a workaround, you could use email notifications from LinkedIn as a trigger with an email parser in Zapier or opt for an alternative form builder like Typeform or Google Forms, which integrate seamlessly with Zapier. These options can help address the issue if direct integration isn't available.

Let us know if you have any further inquiries. Thank you
