I’m currently using the new Zapier Chatbot and really like the feature—it’s been great so far. I mainly use it to support customers who use my ERP system, by training the bot on my publicly available documentation.

However, I’ve run into a limitation: each webpage counts as a separate data source, and I can only connect 10 (or 20 on the higher plan). My documentation is split across around 150 individual pages, so this restriction makes it difficult to properly train the bot.

I understand the limit in general, but it feels a bit inconsistent that I can upload a large PDF with hundreds of pages as a single source, while each webpage counts separately. Ideally, I’d like to link to my website and have the bot stay in sync automatically when I update the docs—without having to manually re-upload or re-sync anything.

Is there any way to work around this while keeping the auto-sync functionality? Or maybe a feature request form where I can suggest this to the Zapier team?

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I’d really appreciate any tips or pointers.

I have this problem as well, did you manage to solve this in anyway?

Hi @Daankess,

Welcome to the Community.

We appreciates your feedback on our chatbot and we’re glad it's been helpful. The limit on data sources is in place to ensure performance, but we understand it may not suit all use cases. While there's no current workaround for auto-syncing beyond the allowed pages, you can submit a feature request via the Zapier support section. As a temporary solution, consolidating documentation into fewer pages or a single PDF might help.

We value your input and we’re happy to assist with any further questions.
