Hi! I found a closed thread about the same topic but the issue doesn’t seem to be resolved:

My Leadpages form has a required First Name field and a required Email address field.

When I link Leadpages to Mailerlite through Zapier, the data I pull from Leadpages only show an email address field, and I can’t seem to link the first name in the Mailerlite part.

Has this issue been resolved?

Did you test the Leadpages form after configuring the Zap trigger to then pull thru fresh examples?

Yes I did, in every record the first name is always filled out, and always has been, but Zapier only takes the email address field for some reason :(

We would need to see screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured along with screenshots of your Zap Runs DATA IN/OUT for each step.


@Troy Tessalone Thank you Troy! I was creating new records, new zaps, updating the form and nothing helped. In the end, what helped was to drop it and pick it back up a couple of days later for my test record to come through ;) It’s all working now!

Can you give us more information with your issue? Please send us a screenshot of your Zap in edit mode and ensure to obscure any sensitive information for security purposes.

If the 'First Name' field from Leadpages isn't being recognized in MailerLite through Zapier, try checking your field mapping, refreshing the fields in Zapier, reconnecting both apps, and ensuring the field is correctly set up in your Leadpages form.

Thanks for your reply. Could you please tell me what you mean by “ensuring the field is correctly set up in your Leadpages form”? We’ve checked the Leadpages form and everything is correct. The contacts saved there have both fields (name and email). We’ve deleted the Zap several times to see if we were doing something wrong, but the result is always the same.

 

Any further suggestions to solve the problem?

I appreciate your patience and am sorry you're still experiencing issues. "ensuring the field is correctly set up in your Leadpages form" refers to ensuring that the form fields in Leadpages match the fields you're trying to pass to Zapier. 

 

To troubleshoot Leadpages-Zapier issues, ensure field types and names match precisely, check test data for errors, and try reconnecting your Leadpages account in Zapier. If the problem persists, contact Zapier Support for further assistance.
