Hello chat,

So i have this big issue where i made a zap that as soon as the lead fills the facebook form, it sends automatically a mail to our team and creates a row in sheets.

I’ve noticed quite a few times now that the zap isn’t sending all the informations properly, so sometimes we’d have to do that by hand but, everything in zapier is filled properly ( like in the sc i added to this text will the the proper fieldmapping, i will also put the missing fields in)

But then as the nexts screen shots will show you i get nothing on the other supports (gmail and sheets)

If you have different FB Lead Ad Forms, with different field names, then that may be why data is missing.

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how each Zap step is configured in the CONFIGURE tab while in EDIT mode.
