Klaviyo error: The app returned "Invalid input.".

Hi - my client uses Rezdy as booking software for his charter boat company. We’ve just implemented Klaviyo for email marketing and I am looking to add customers to a list when they complete a booking.

When I get to the action stage where you add a profile ID, a bunch of random numbers/letters show up, which if I choose one, doesn’t actually work in sending the customer and the right data to Klaviyo. But, if I use the custom option and add all the relevant fields, it says...

Failed to create an add profile to list in Klaviyo

The app returned "Invalid input.".

Does anyone use Rezdy and Klaviyo and can shed some light? Below are some screenshots.

Use this Zap action: Klaviyo - Create/Update Subscriber

You can specify the List.

Use this Zap action: Klaviyo - Create/Update Subscriber

You can specify the List.

The Klaviyo Profile ID field expects the ID of a Klaviyo Profile.

Check the field description/tooltip for guidance on the expected value and format.

Were you able to get this sorted by switching to the Create/Update Profile action and using the Klaviyo ID in that Profile ID field instead, as Troy suggested?
