Kartra API Fail

When I copy and paste my Kartra API key and Pass I get a message saying authentication failed and account not approved … https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/yks68z448yesjfyall264/2024-06-09_12-04-41.png?rlkey=2f13djjugzqbems8j2biuevua&dl=0

How do I resolve this?
