I am trying to take data to google sheet when kajabi form get’s filled and I created a zap for this. This zap is getting run without any problem in test mode but in published mod it is not getting even trigged. I am trying to  debug it so long but it is not getting solved.

Hi there @Priya Batra 👋

Sorry to hear about your Zap not triggering! I can see you reached out to our Support team about this and it appears the Zap is triggering but it’s running into bug. Specifically it’s running into a “Error while hydrating data from Kajabi: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'id')” error which is preventing it from passing the form submissions over to Google Sheets.

I can’t give any sort of ETA as to when it will be fixed by Kajabi’s developers, but the Support team have added your contact details to the bug report so you’ll get notified by email as soon as it’s been fixed. I’ve updated the title of this topic to make it easier for others to find and I’ll go ahead close that duplicate topic so folks can follow along with any updates on the bug in this thread.

If there’s anything else I can help with in the meantime please do let me know.

this zap is also not sending the data in the sheet.

Hi @Priya Batra  This usually happens when the Zap is still relying on test data. Once the Zap is turned on, it will only trigger on brand-new Kajabi form submissions. Try submitting the form again with a new email or entry and see if it fires.

Also make sure the correct Kajabi site is connected and the form is actually live. Checking the Zap’s Task History can help confirm whether it’s triggering or not.
