Kajabi error 'email: is taken'

Still having this issue, i tried changing EXT ID to the email but keeps telling me the same thing

Or it litterly adds someone to a different course in kajabi? I got no idea what to do because nothing is working now :(

I’m sorry that you’re having trouble with your Kajabi Zap. You mentioned that you were getting the error email: is taken when you use the email address, could you let us know what happens when you use the external ID? Could you also tell us a little more about the Zap adding people to a different course? It would be helpful to see how the Kajabi step is set up, could you maybe share a screenshot of that with us? Make sure that you remove any personal info (eg email address or ID) from any images you share on the community, thanks!
