I’m also having a similar issue with Jotform submissions not sending to Perfex as a lead. Perfex shows, clearly the POST from the API as a new lead. but perfex doesn’t show a lead. It seems the communications work well, but no lead actually shows up.

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Also, please share a screenshot of the “Action” section of the action step that shows all of its fields. Like so:

It’s been a while since we heard from you here, did you since manage to get things working with the Zap?

If so, would you mind sharing some details on what the fix was? This would be really helpful to other folks in the Community here that having the same issue with Perfex too. 🤗

If not, can you share some screenshots showing the current set up of the Create Lead action as Ken mentioned? In particular I’d like to confirm what the Is Public field is currently set to. As you mentioned that it appears to show that a lead was created so I’m wondering if the lead was set to private instead of public in which case that might be why it’s not shown - do you think that could be the case here?
