Hi @greenvalleyzoe

Help us have more info about the issue by posting these screenshots:

  • how your Zap steps are outlined
  • how your Zap steps are configured in the CONFIGURE tab while in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible
  • the encountered error

Let me know what else you need.

@greenvalleyzoe

In Zap step 2, the Primary Contact ID field expects the JobNimbus ID for the Contact, rather than the Roofr Lead Name value.

@greenvalleyzoe

Add this Zap step: JobNimbus - Find Contact by Email

This will either find an existing JobNimbus Contact or it won’t.

You can then add Paths to Create Contact if not found or use the found Contact ID.

Hey there @greenvalleyzoe 👋

Did Troy’s suggestion of using a Find Contact by Email action to obtain the ID help to get rid of that “Cannot read properties of undefined” error?

Want to make sure you’re all set, so please let us know how it went! 🙂
