Im trying to make a zap to get facebook leads over to jobnimbus but i keep running into the problem of

“Cannot read properties of undefined (reading '0')” when testing the zap anyone know how to fix this?

Hi @Cyrus Oliveras

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing these:

  • how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings
  • the encountered error in the Zap step

Hi @Cyrus Oliveras,

Welcome to the Community.

The error typically occurs when the Zap tries to access non-existent data. To troubleshoot this, ensure the Facebook Lead Ads trigger pulls data correctly, verify the fields are appropriately mapped to JobNimbus, and test each Zap step individually to pinpoint the issue. If data is occasionally missing, use a fallback value as a default. For further help, please provide details about the data you're pulling from Facebook Lead Ads and how it is used in JobNimbus. And please obscure any sensitive information within the screenshot for security purposes.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi @Cyrus Oliveras,

I did some digging into this, and it seems like the error that you’re encountering in JobNimbus “Create Job” action is a bug. I have gone ahead and alerted this company's team using a shared issue tracking tool we have with our partners. They'll take a closer look at this for us. While I'm unable to provide an ETA for when they might be able to resolve this issue, we will notify you directly via email as soon as it is.

I appreciate your patience and understanding.
