I am using Jobber as my CRM and wanting to get those clients to Mailchimp- so that I can send a welcome email. 

I have set up a zap on zappier so that when a new client is added to Jobber- it should add the cleint on Mailchimp and automatically send out the Welcome Email jouney. 

The test on zappier worked and that test cleint IS in mail chimp and did go through the journey and receieved that email. 

Unfortunately though, when I add a new client on Jobber it does not add to Mailchimp. 

My mailchimp jorney has two starting points- one where we add cleints automatically to the audience and one with Zappier adding the clients. 

I’m unsure where to go from here as I have been troubleshooting with both Jobber and Mailchimp.

Check your Zap Runs history details for activity and errors: https://zapier.com/app/history/

 

For us to have more info, post these screenshots:

  • how your Zap steps are outlined
  • how your Zap steps are configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible
  • how your Mailchimp Customer Journey is configured for the triggers
  • any encountered errors for Zap steps when testing or from Zap Run steps

Just came across this and saw you that also reached out to our Support team who were able to help get it sorted! 🎉 Wanted to share the solution here in case it’s useful to others running into a similar issue:

If you want your Zap to be automated, I suggest that you map your data dynamically in your Zap. As for example, here in your "Subscriber's email" field, if you just type out the data, it will be statistically read
