I created a zap to update ticket on ZohoDesk whenever i update issue on Jira but it doesn’t work or update and it works fine in testing and review

I might recommend checking your Zap History. Are there any errors listed there? If there are no runs and no errors there, it’s likely an issue with your trigger. If there are errors, feel free to share those along with screenshots of your zap setup! Just be sure to obscure any personal info.
