Jira service project Cloud custom field missing data

I have multiple custom fields in a Jira service project.
I am trying to create a zap to automate contracts. I get the values from custom fields and push them in to PANDA docs.

One of my fields is a select list filed and I don’t get its value in the zap.
Anyone knows why?

Refreshing the fields did got the values after all

*Update: It seems all Select List (single choice) fields do not sent their values to zap

Hello, i guess that i have the same issue.

I created a ZAP between jotform and Jira

All Jotform data appears in the ZAP but when linking one of the data to the Jira customfield it gives an error.

Could you tell me exactly what you did to solve it?

Hi there folks! 👋

Sounds like @pxm was able to solve things by pressing the Refresh fields button to get the Zap to load in the missing options for that select list field. 

@gsimoura - Were you since able to solve this?

If not can you share some screenshots showing the current setup of the Jira action and the error you’re running into? That’ll help us to better identify what might be causing the issue here. Please remove/hide any private information from the screenshot before sharing (like names, emails, addresses etc.). Look forward to hearing from you!
