Zapier offer a way to connect to JIRA Cloud but for some strange reason it wont authenticate successfully.

The below screen is what I end up seeing and seem to have no way to get past it.

Are you able to clarify which app(s) you’re trying to connect with Jira?

It may also be worth double checking your Jira permissions!

In order to properly use Zapier, you’ll need admin/owner permissions. Check out how to update that here:
