Item creation on Monday.com from HubSpot company update (time issue)
Hi,
We need to create an item in Monday.com board each time the property of the existing company changes to something in HubSpot. This is the current setup:
But item creation can take up to 1 hour from the moment the property value was changed in HubSpot for some reason. Is there a way to spread up this process?

Good question.
Scheduled (aka polling) triggers can take from 1-15 minutes to fire depending on your Zapier plan.
thank you @Troy Tessalone we have two accounts (Starter and Professional) and updating time for this automation takes not 15 minutes, but 40 minutes - 1 hour. We can't understand the reason why

Some apps (in my case it was Docusign) can take up to 20-30 mins to show the update in their API response.
You might wanna open a ticket with support@zapier.com so they can dive deeper into this.

Full transparency, this app is owned and maintained by the team at HubSpot so our support team may not have an immediate solution. Opening a ticket with them is definitely going to be the best bet though as they may need to review your zap logs with you.
