Hey Zapier Community

Today my account was downgraded from Pro to Free because we had an outstanding depth. We checked our creditcard but there were no issues there. Now today our operations got stopped because we rely on this automatization. 

Now I have tried to add 3 different creditcard, but all of them give the same error. So I am not able to have my automatization back. I have contacted support already but they just informed me that the problem is with the 3th party card provider.. But we are sure at least one out of 3 card works properly. 

Could I get helped trough the community for this matter, because I am not receiving contact back from the support team.
