My campaigns have stopped showing up when attempting to add a new lead to workflow. It just recently broke v2.0.4 lead connector. I have seen this issue a few times in the community.

Hi there @enginedan 👋

Sorry to hear about the trouble with LeadConnector. Seems our Support team identified that you’re running into a bug and added you to list of affected users. I checked and there’s no updates on the bug at the moment and but we’ll be sure to email you as soon as it’s sorted.

Wanted to share the temporary workaround suggested by the Support team in case that’s helpful for others running into this as well:

In the meantime, here's a temporary workaround:

  1. Get your Workflow ID directly from your LeadConnector account
  2. In the "Add Lead to Workflow" action step, click the three dots next to the Workflow ID field and select Custom
  3. Paste your Workflow ID directly as a custom value

Let us know if that workaround does the trick, or if there’s anything else I can help with at all.

Hi @enginedan

Help links for using LeadConnector in Zaps: https://zapier.com/apps/leadconnector/integrations#help

Make sure you are using the current version of the LeadConnector Zap app.

Prerequisites

To use the LeadConnector app on Zapier, you must have:

  • Author
  • New
  • February 3, 2026

I am using the most current version, it is listed as 2.0.4. This is after connecting a new lead connector connection and that is the only version that exists
