Issues with Logify bookings populating into Quickbooks

I’ve set up a Zap to integrate Logify with Quickbooks.  The first 2 transactions were fine.  Then a transactions for unconfirmed booking then declined booking keeping populating and a new booking is not (even though the first 2 were fine).
