I get into i problem when i try to send the company mail from my Meta Lead Ad formular to my ConvertKit / Kit subscribtion list. It can easily send the standard “email” but my setup wont allow me to send the company mail as the mail from the Lead ad campaign. 

 

I have noted a few screenshots to illustrate. “arbejdsmail” is “company mail” in my language. And i do believe i get the right informations send fra Meta to Zapier.

So this is how it is setup. The Zap works if i just want the “email” send from Meta to ConvertKit, but it doesn’t when i want both companymail (arbejdsmail in my language) and email or just the company mail. That is where the issue appears

The error indicates an invalid value was supplied for the email address.

Looks like dummy data is being used.

The Email field expects a valid email address.

Thank you for your help! Okay. I just tested it, but i wont work. But does that mean, that it isn’t possible to get the company mail send fra Meta Lead Ads → Zapier → ConvertKit or is there a solution for this so i can get the company mail send to my subscribtion list on ConvertKit?

You can also try turning the Zap ON and testing live.

Then check your Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step to help you troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/

Hi @ken.a, i have turned the Zap on and tried a lot of different ways to solve the issue, but i still run into the same issue so i would very much like more assistance so i hopefully can make this work.
