I’m encountering an issue where I can’t set the page value in Zapier. Here’s a screenshot: https://prnt.sc/CL4fkqfwFex1. Despite my email account having full control access, I’m unable to select the page. Could you help me understand why this is happening and how to resolve it?

Thanks in advance for your assistance!

Hi @FSS

Have you tried clicking "Load More" at the bottom of the page dropdown list, or using your Facebook Page ID as a custom value? That usually does the trick!

As the official Zapier Help Guide for Facebook Pages explains, if you're an admin for many pages (or even if you're not), the page might not appear in the standard dropdown. The most reliable fix is to:

  1. Find your Page ID (on your Facebook Page, go to About > Page Transparency).

  2. In Zapier, click into the "Page" field and select "Use a Custom Value" to paste the ID.

Hope this helps get your Zap running.

If your email has full control, then the issue is probably not just the page permission itself.

A lot of the time this happens because Zapier is pulling an old list, the wrong account is connected, or the page is not available under that specific Facebook connection in Zapier.

I’d check these first:

  • reconnect the Facebook/Meta account in Zapier

  • make sure the correct Business Manager account is connected

  • refresh the page field in the Zap step

  • check whether the page is owned by a different business account, even if your email has access

So in most cases, it’s more of a connection/account selection issue than a missing permission issue.
