Issues logging in to Zapier

Hi, this andrewtate is my id, i tried to log in it but i cant login this , whenever is try to login, i will be redirected to https://community.zapier.com/, why im facing this error

If I understand your issue correctly, are you being redirected to the Zapier Community when you try to log in to https://zapier.com?

If so, could you please try logging in again here: https://zapier.com and ensure that you’re using the correct account.

I'll be keeping an eye out for your response!

Now I try to log in at https://zapier.com/, it is successfully log in. Then i go to community.zapier.com and try to log in. Its still not logging in and relod this community page without logging in

Hi @andrewtate,

 

Have you tried clearing cache and cookies for your web browser? Kindly try to clear things with your browser and try to login again to access Zapier community.

Just checking in here to see how you’re getting on. Is it still showing the “Log in” button after successfully logging into the Community? Or did clearing the cache in your web browser fix it?
