Hi Communicty

I need help with a two step Zap - The Zap refuses to stay on. A few seconds later - zaps off! 

I am new to Zapier and using a ‘Free’ account enough for my use. 

The zap is used for extracting data from Calendly to sync into Klaviyo for a Custom Property - Completed Booking. The details transferred - 
First & Last name
Appointment Booking date & time

Client’s address - possibly phone number

You need a Calendly paid plan to use Calendly in a Zap that is turned ON.

Hi Troy,

I appreciate your time and response. Please be advise that my Calendly is a paid subscription, yet the problem persist. I will read the link you’ve provided to gain a bit more knowledge.

Anything else to share would be appreciated.

Check your Zap > Change History to see clues as to why the Zap is automatically turning OFF.
