Issue: Zap between Calendly & Klaviyo 2 Steps always OFF

Hi Communicty

I need help with a two step Zap - The Zap refuses to stay on. A few seconds later - zaps off! 

I am new to Zapier and using a ‘Free’ account enough for my use. 

The zap is used for extracting data from Calendly to sync into Klaviyo for a Custom Property - Completed Booking. The details transferred - 
First & Last name
Appointment Booking date & time

Client’s address - possibly phone number

Just came across this and spotted you reached out to our Support team who were able to help get things solved. It seems they were able to see a “Please upgrade your Calendly account to Standard” error in the logs for the Zap and once you changed your Calendly plan the Zap remained switched on! 🎉

I’ll go ahead an mark this as the answer since it seems to have solved things. If that’s not the case or you run into any further issues please do reach back out to let us know. In the meantime, happy Zapping! ⚡

Hi ​@GermaineJ 

You need a Calendly paid plan to use Calendly in a Zap that is turned ON.

Hi Troy,

I appreciate your time and response. Please be advise that my Calendly is a paid subscription, yet the problem persist. I will read the link you’ve provided to gain a bit more knowledge.

Anything else to share would be appreciated.

Check your Zap > Change History to see clues as to why the Zap is automatically turning OFF.

 

For us to have more info, post screenshots to give us context.
