Hello!

I currently am creating a zap that will see new orders appear in my airtable, search that email for a matching email in klaviyo, and if they belong on a certain list mark them in airtable with a specific tag.

however, it seems to be completely ignoring the list and marking seemingly randomly anybody with a profile in klaviyo.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Hi @Peared Creation

For us to have context, post screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured along with specific examples.

Awesome here is what we have

Here are the rest of the steps

@Peared Creation

Couple issues to fix:

For the Klaviyo step, remove the static “emai” value.

Not sure you need the Delay step either.

You likely don’t need the Airtable Find Record step, since Step 1 returns the Airtable Record ID that you will need to use in the Airtable Update Record step.

In the Airtable Update Record, the Record field expects a record ID.

Thank You so much I will try these edits, could you spot any other reason why it wouldn’t reference the list I specified?

@Peared Creation

Make the corrections then test again.
