Hello! I am trying to create a Zap where, for each submitted form, a folder is created with the name of the person who submitted the form, and within it, the various documents they uploaded through the form will be saved. However, Zapier is not detecting any files; it shows "no data" when selecting the file content. Could someone help me?

Hi @anaosorio ,

Sometimes test data can be incomplete also. Can you switch ON your Zap and see if it is working?

Hello, thank you for the quick response. Indeed, this specific file wasn't in the test form. Is it possible to insert all the file contents from the form at once in a single step, or do I need to create a step for each uploaded document? Also, can I configure Zapier to ignore errors if a file is missing?

Hey @anaosorio ,

You will have to add an action for each Typeform file on Dropbox. You can’t upload all file together.

If a file is missing, you can use filter by zapier and than you can configure your Zap

For each form submission, more than 30 documents are sent. Do I need to create a filter for each document as well as one Zap to save each existing document?

Yes @anaosorio , you will have to use filter by zapier but this will be a very big zap.

I will suggest you to hire a Zapier Certified Expert from here who can simplify this for you in very less actions.
