Issue with Triggering with MailChimp

Hi

For some reason until recently our MailChimp to Zapier to Google Sheets has been working without any issues. There has been no changes made to any of the above setups in terms of settings, google sheets etc but all of a sudden over the last week Zapier has refused to trigger at all and everything looks normal and the connections between the interfaces are ok.

I have checked and i dont think there is any scheduled set. I am aware of the 15min delay for triggers to work but we have waited hours and can see new data in MailChimp but the Zapier trigger is not triggering for some reason.

Any ideas?

See the steps below (The sections in black i have had to hide) but to confirm that the Zapier is linked to MailChimp and Google as they show a green tick as being active and tested the connections ok.

Things to check…

  • Try editing the Zap to reselect the Zap trigger settings and republish the Zap.
  • Check that your Zapier plan Tasks allotment hasn’t been hit for the billing cycle causing Tasks to be Held.
  • Check the Zap Runs for activity with errors or held: https://zapier.com/app/history/
  • Check the Mailchimp Zap app version doesn’t need to be updated.
  • Check the Mailchimp status page for ongoing/recent incidents: https://status.mailchimp.com/
