Issue with Passion to Kajabi Integration

Hello,

I have a Zapier Zap that works as follows

  1. User signs up for my app managed by Passion.io
  2. Zap receives information from Passion and then
  3. Zap Adds information from Passion into a form in Kajabi
  4. Zap is adding two emails as “Submitted” to Kajabi in the Forms section, when it should only be one. 
  5. I reached out to Kajabi, and they say it’s an issue with how Zapier is filling in the form

Hi @mattgolfer 

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode.

 

Check your Zap Runs history to see if there are 2 different Zaps running or if there are 2 different Zap Runs being triggered for the same Zap.
