Issue with Passion to Kajabi Integration

Hello,

I have a Zapier Zap that works as follows

User signs up for my app managed by Passion.io
Zap receives information from Passion and then
Zap Adds information from Passion into a form in Kajabi
Zap is adding two emails as “Submitted” to Kajabi in the Forms section, when it should only be one.
