Issue with Klaviyo custom event timestamp delay after webhook trigger

Hi everybody, i’m experiencing an issue with a webhook of a marketing fortune wheel, and custom event for klaviyo.

Basically, at the moment, someone that spin the wheel, send a webhook to zapier, then it update the already existing problem.

The problem is that i see the custom event i made for those who spin the wheel, but postponed in the future (8 hours delay).

As it seems, the “effective play”  2025-07-03       17:57:42

In klaviyo the event has this “timestamp”    2025-08-03          01:59

So basically the difference, seems 8 hour

Someone that resolved the same issue?

Hi @HankSinatra.

Timestamp may be in UTC time.

You can use a Formatter > Date & Time > Format step to adjust the time zone.

Hey @HankSinatra. 👋

You’re super close! Looks like the Expression field just needs the date removed from it. If you want 7 hours to be removed the field would need to look like this:

Can you give that a try and let me know if that sorts it?
