Is anyone else experiencing an issue with File Upload Fields in Zapier Interfaces?
When we try to upload files to a Table using a form, the loading icon just spins around but the files never upload. When submitting text using a Form, it works fine, just not uploading files. Was working fine up until Sunday 21st Sept, but hasn’t worked since.
I have tried removing the Fields and adding them back in again, but no luck. I tested other ‘allowed’ file types, but they all do the same thing. I also tested on other computers and different browsers, still the same issue, the files never upload.
Any suggestions?

Hey @GavinC.
Can you upload the screenshots of Data In and Data Out as well as how the Zap steps are being configured for us to have more context?
Reference some of the limitations from the article-
Some file fields may not accept text.
Files larger than 100 MB may result in a time out error.
Some apps may use list fields to send multiple files.
You must map each attachment to a separate list field.
If you enter multiple file objects or URLs as comma separated values in each field, Zapier will only send the first in each field.
Hope it helps!
Hi, thanks for your reply.
No Zap’s being used for this process, just a simple Interface Page with Form which is linked to a table.
I just tested it again creating a new Interface and Page, then using the default Form template. Add a new field with Field Type “File Upload” and Allowed File Type “.JPG” (also tested .JPEG, .PNG, .WEBP, .BMP, .PDF)
When adding a 2MB JPG and submitting a test using the form, the file will never upload, loading icon just spins indefinitely.
We have submitted 100’s of files using the “File Upload” fields in the past, including both photos and PDF’s but since two days ago it has unfortunately stopped working.
If you are under the limits, then it might be a bug or some temporary issue as well. You may want to reach the Zapier Support here- https://zapier.com/app/get-help. Hope it helps!
