I’m trying to test a zap with square when a new appointment is booked. When I first connected I had three current records. A, B, and C.
I created a new appointment on Square and about an hour later it still has not populated on Zapier. The weird thing is I ended up with A duplicating to D, E, and F.
I deleted the zap and started over. Same issue.
I then reconnected square to Zapier and still the same issue, it's been about 1.5 hours since I booked the new appointment on square and it still is not showing up. I can’t really continue my testing because it will send a test google form to my clients rather than me for the appointment I booked.

Just a quick update, I clicked find new records again and A was once again duplicated to G.

Hi @David is doing Hair

Some Zap app triggers only return 3 representative (not most recent) records for you to use to configure your Zap action steps.

Try turning the Zap ON and testing live.

Then check your Zap Runs history to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step to help you trace the data flow and troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/

@Troy Tessalone I just published and booked a new appointment, it is getting recent data from Square. Here's the data in and date out from the first step of the zap. The google form is properly setup yet so it did not fully complete the zap

For us to have more context, post screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode.

Hi there @David is doing Hair 👋

Just checking in to see how things are progressing on this. Were you since able to get the Zap working?

If so would you be up for sharing some details on how you fixed things? Think would be really appreciated by others in the community who might be facing similar issues.

And if not, can you please send over some screenshots as Troy requested so we can get a better idea of what the cause of the issue might be? Please remove/hide any private information (like names, emails, addresses etc.) from any screenshots before sharing.

Thanks, looking forward to hearing from you! 😁
