Issue with connecting Monday.com with Zoho books

I have a problem with connecting Monday CRM with Zoho books, the items that I added to Monday should move automatically to Zoho books, but the problem is, that item moves not full, moves only name and last name, but I have a lot of additional information like address, phone number and a lot more, and this data don't moving to Zoho, please let me know how can I fix this problem.

Try testing with your Zap ON live.

Then check your Zap Runs history to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step to help you troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/

 

 

Zap trigger event is Monday New Item in Board, so make sure all those data points are populated at the same time otherwise, the Zap may fire and process before those data points are populated.

 

@Troy Tessalone now its not working at all, its not transferring to Zoho anymore. Previously, an item with a first and last name was transferred, now nothing is transferring.
