Issue connecting 17Hats to Klaviyo

Hi, I’m trying to add new contacts in my 17Hats to Klaviyo List. But it keeps failing creating a new subscriber and keeps returning an error with no further details when I did the test connection. Please help!

Wondering if it is related to the Phone # format.

Try removing that mapped variable and test.

Things to check/try:

  1. Check your Klaviyo app account connections to Zapier here: https://zapier.com/app/connections
  2. Check if the list is a double opt-in as per the List field description more
  3. Try testing with a different trigger example data

@Troy Tessalone it’ve set it to single opt in. Do you mean testing different test data? I tried all the it pulled from 17 Hats, no luck! Any other ideas?

Another thing to check, is if that email address has been blacklisted or has opted-out/unsubscribed.
