Is the Novi AMS member update trigger limited to specific member types?

Hey there- I'm hoping someone can help me with a Zap question...I have had a zap set up for this school year, which has been firing correctly and has been saving me a ton of time. It appears it's no longer firing (the trigger is not starting the zap anymore). The zap is a member update trigger in Novi AMS- I believe that means or meant any NOVI AMS record (not necessarily ONLY MEMBER SCHOOLS record). I'm wondering if something has changed on the Zapier side to make this definition change from ANY Novi record to ONLY MEMBER SCHOOLS - a Member type- record updated. I hope this makes sense.

That makes sense. There hasn’t been a Zapier wide change that would narrow a Novi AMS trigger like that.

If it was working before, I’d check the trigger step settings and Zap History to see if the trigger is still detecting updates at all. Testing the trigger can also show whether Novi is only sending Member School records now.

If this started after a Novi AMS update, it’s likely coming from their side. Sharing a screenshot of the trigger setup (with details hidden) could help the community take a closer look.
