I’m trying to create an Appointment Confirmation workflow which will stop once the attendee reconfirms. To check if they’ve reconfirmed or not, I check if the “Invitee Confirmed At” field is null or not (null if not confirmed, null by default). The issue I’m currently facing is that once someone clicks on the confirmation link, Calendly is updated but Zapier isn’t.
Is there a way to get the latest version of the record into Zapier? A refresh data fields option, so to speak?
Is it possible to update the record (specifically from Calendly) to the latest version in the app.

If you need to a Zap trigger event, try using the received email.
Zap action: Gmail/Outlook - New Email Matching Search

Once an invitee confirms their attendance, you will receive an automated email with the meeting details.
In Calendly, meetings with confirmed invitees will show up under the Meetings page. For confirmed one-on-one events, Invitee confirmed will show up under the time of the event.
For each confirmed spot in a group event, Invitee confirmed will appear next to the invitee’s name. The total number of confirmed invitees will also be displayed next to the remaining spots.
