Hi everyone,

I have a Zap which are Stopping because apparently any information was find. But if I replay it, it works just fine. I´m not changing anything on the zap, just replaying it and it works. Is this normal?

Perhaps try adding a Delay step to make sure the data you are trying to find exists in Zoho CRM.

There is an Autoreplay option you can turn ON: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496241726989-Replay-Zap-runs

In the Zap settings you can control the error ratio override: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496216132621-Zap-is-not-running
