Hi, I’m quite new and want to test out Zapier with ChatGPT 4o.

I currently attempt to integrate ChatGPT 4o models with Zapier but this is the response I get. “[invalid_request_error] This model is not supported in the v1/completions endpoint.”

 

I have tested both gpt-4o-realtime-preview-2024-10-01 and gpt-4o-realtime-preview. Ideally I would like to use ChatGPT 4o mini but although I have added some money to use the APIs that model doesn’t show up when I’m in Zapier.

For us to have more info, post these screenshots:

  • the encountered error
  • how your Zap step is configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings/settings
